Today was a fun, exciting yet tiring day.

Lilin, Yinah, Constance, Xinwei, Kunda and I went to Marina Barrage today. I woke up early today to cook mushroom and fried finger foods and yinah came to my house to help. However, we reached there even later than the rest.

When we reached there, we laid down all the mats and place our foods and stuffs and started to pitch the tent that yinah brought however the security stop us when we were about to finish pitching the tent. So instead we use the tent as a mat instead. Lilin and constance started to fly kites however i accidentally step onto a pool of mud so constance accompanied me to the toilet to wash my feet. I guess the toilet auntie must be super pissed off with me, because I made the whole toilet really wet and choke the sink with water.

After going back, we started eating the food that we brought along for our picnic and we started playing with Monopoly deal. It was fun although I didn't win any of the rounds. After a long period of time, kunda came with our KOI bubbletea. We really need cold drinks. It was a super hot day afterall.

However, the sky seems to turn quite gloomy and the wind is getting stronger, hence we decide to move indoors, before we had time to move our things indoors, the wind got stronger and was blowing all our stuffs, and toppling drinks, foods, mats. We were in the midst of a disastrous situation, trying to move everything indoors, whereby things were remove on lilin's mats and it was about to be blown away when lilin just lie on her mat.

@lilin: That was really funny! Although I know you are trying to prevent the mats from being blown away.

We were lucky that it didn't rain and the gloomy clouds just went pass us and as we see that the wind was strong enough to fly our kites, all of us went to fly kites. Lilin uses his brother's spiderman's kite with Kunda, Yinah and xinwei while I played the $2 kite that constance brought with constance.

@constance (If you ever see this post): Sorry I didn't know you were settling your bills, I just wanted someone to help me control the kite.

I was really aching all over trying to get the $2 kite to fly as high as possible. The young kids are really energetic running all over trying to get their kites to fly. Really admirable. I could only say we are getting older.

It was really a nice and exciting meet up and it was really a whole body exercise for the day!
